Exchange and Return Policy
We take pride in our name and reputation for product quality and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will assist you with an exchange or immediate refund according to the following exchange and return policy:
– The customer must send an exchange or return notice via email to Jenny Collection within two days of receiving the incorrect item or returning the purchased item, stating the reason for the exchange or return.
– Only unopened and unused items will be considered.
– Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging from Jenny Collection.
– Exchanges and returns are free of charge for items sent to the customer that are incorrect or have a manufacturing defect, such as:
– You received a product other than what you ordered.
– You received a damaged or defective product.
– For exchanges: The order will be received from the customer. After it arrives at the company’s warehouses and the products are verified to be undamaged, the replacement products will be sent to the customer.
– For returns: The original amount printed on the purchase receipt/invoice will be refunded, excluding shipping fees, customs duties, and taxes.
In all other exchange or return cases (besides those mentioned above), the customer will bear the shipping costs.
– Returns must be made within two days of the customer receiving the shipment, and exchanges within seven (7) days of the customer receiving the shipment. No requests will be considered after this period.
– If the reason for the return is that the wrong items were shipped, Jenny Collection will bear the shipping costs.
– If the reason for the return is that the customer did not like the item, and the product is still in its original condition as shipped, the customer will bear the shipping costs.
– If the reason for the return is that the customer did not receive the shipment, the amount will be refunded to the customer, minus the shipping fees.
Refund Policy:
– Items returned within 14 days of the return date will be refunded for cash purchases (cash on delivery). For credit card purchases, the refund will be credited to the customer’s card 60 days after the purchase date.
– Jenny Collection accepts exchanges if an item was sent to the customer in error.
– To claim a refund on a special offer or multiple item purchases, all items included in the offer must be returned at the time of the refund request, along with a completed return form as per Jenny Collection’s standard procedures.
– Please send your package, including the return or exchange form, with your shipment.
– You are required to return purchased items via an insured and reliable shipping method to ensure safe and documented delivery to the Jenny Collection address.
